Spring, Brides and Christmas.

I love the warm weather as it brings with it a bounty of fresh produce. Baby zucchinis, tomatoes, beans, and eggplant to name a few will  be in my garden and used in the cooking school. Spring is also a time for weddings as there are 4 Bridal showers booked, its a great day out for the bridal party. December is already filling up with Christmas parties. I love having all these happy people come for a day out at the cooking school. I love my job!!!
