Spain is certainly the flavour of 2012!!! I did a few Spanish clesses in 2011 and they were very well recieved, so there have been more added to the schedule. Think about quail, olives, artichokes, sardines, mussels, anchovies, hard sheeps cheese, choritzo, caramalised red onions, smoked paprika and lots of capsicums and heirloom tomatoes. In the classes we will make about 10-12 tapas and share them on the verandah overlooking the views to the scenic rim.
